• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

• Activities involving physical participation will have appropriate safety measures in place, including protective equipment if necessary.

• Hazardous items (e.g., sharp objects, unauthorized electrical equipment) are prohibited.

 

2. Privacy Protection

• Photography and videography by festival organizers may occur for promotional purposes. Attendees who do not wish to be photographed may notify the media desk at the entry point.

• Respect the personal privacy of other attendees. Do not photograph or record individuals without their consent.

• Vendors and sponsors must not collect personal data from attendees without explicit consent and a clear purpose.

 

3. Security Measures

• Security personnel will be stationed throughout the festival grounds to respond to incidents.

• Any suspicious activity should be reported immediately to the nearest staff member or security official.

• Lost and found items will be managed at the designated security booth.

• Illegal substances, weapons, and disruptive items are strictly prohibited.

 

4. Respect & Tolerance

• We are an inclusive event. Discrimination, harassment, or offensive language or behavior toward any individual or group will not be tolerated.

• Cultural diversity is to be celebrated and respected at all times.

• Festival staff reserve the right to remove any person whose actions disrupt the safety, harmony, or enjoyment of the event.

 

5. Fun & Enjoyment

• Participate in activities with an open mind and a positive attitude.

• Respect performance schedules and give artists, vendors, and presenters your full attention during their sessions.

• Keep the festival grounds clean, and use designated trash bins.

• Take care of the facilities and equipment so others can enjoy them too.

• Embrace the spirit of community, joy, and togetherness that the festival represents.

By attending Family Festa, all participants agree to follow this policy. The organizing team reserves the right to amend these rules if necessary to maintain safety, respect, and enjoyment for all.
